Q: I won a ticket at a promotional event, when can I collect it?
Congratulations on winning a festival ticket! You can collect your ticket at the Ministry of Tourism in the Pelican Mall from from mid-June during normal working hours. Please make sure to bring along a government ID and the voucher you received as proof of winning. The Ministry staff will assist you in claiming your prize and provide you with your festival ticket. Enjoy the festival!

The festival typically starts at 7 PM, nightly. End times can vary depending on several factors.

Gates will open at 5PM.
Q: What is the schedule for each artist’s performance?
The festival starts at 7PM each night and we encourage attendees to arrive early to ensure they do not miss any performances. Therefore, we do not usually provide individual schedules for each artiste’s performance.
Q: Is it possible to pay for a backstage meet and greet with the artistes?
In accordance with our contractual agreements with the artistes, this option is currently unavailable.
Q: Do I need to be vaccinated to enter the island or attend the festival or enter the island?
There are currently no vaccination requirements or restrictions in place for entering the island or attending the festival.
Q: Is it still possible to register as a volunteer for the festival?
We have reached our full quota and unfortunately, registration is now closed.
Q: Is it still possible to register to vend at the festival?
Unfortunately, registration for vending has already closed.
Q: Will there be parking available on the festival grounds?
Parking on the festival grounds will be limited to accredited persons holding a festival car pass.
Q: Can I bring my own food and drinks to the festival?
We kindly ask that you refrain from bringing outside food and drinks, as we have a wide variety of vendors on site providing refreshments for you to enjoy.
Q: Can I record videos of the performances?
Unfortunately, due to contractual agreements with the artistes, recording of any kind is not allowed during the festival. If anyone is found recording, they will be asked to remove their recording device from the venue.
Q: Can I bring a bag or backpack to the festival?
Yes, you can bring a small backpack or small bag into the festival but please note that all bags are subject to search at the entrance for security reasons. We encourage you to travel light and bring only what you need to enjoy the festival. Large bags or backpacks may be subject to additional security checks or may not be allowed inside the venue.
